My besavior U5 has a problem of stopping after a little operation.

My besavior U5 runs for 10 seconds to 1 minute and PS5 pad stops.
It is the same if you connect it again after removing U5.
(It's the same if you just connect the pls5 pad to the extra USB power cable)
The power adapter uses 5V3A, the PS5 is firmware 4.50, and the controller software is 0356.
I've tried both besavior U5 firmware but it's the same. (BETA202310231721 / 202309112056)
What's the problem?

Hello I had this issue also, what fixed it was changing the wire that goes from the U5 to the 5V3A plug. Please try a range of different wires

from it, it looks you insert wrong place

PS5 original controller can only connect to the U5 USB port with your PS5 data cable,  can't use
our free white power cable.

Try to charge dualsence well. Also, try changing the cable connecting the dualsence to another one. Either of these may correct the problem.

I knew the problem with this !!!!!!!

It does not work properly with PS5 system version 4.50.

I tested it on PS5 system 4.50 - 2unit and system 7.20 - 1units.

The system 4.50 - 2unit did not work.

System 7.20 works very well.

Please hope to fix this problem with firmware.

will there be a new firmware put out to fix this problem ??ive tryed every thing switching wires updating u5 and still having same issue
with it freezing after 45-60 seconds

I had the same issue what solved is that you need a full functional type-c wire for charging besavior the one can be used for your Android phone will be fine

i dont have a android phone i do have a android tablet and i tryed using that wire and it didnt work i also brought a usb type c wire that just charges no data and it didnt work i used a iphone wire didnt work  i used the wire it came with didnt work used my ps5 controleer wire didnt work i have no idea what wire will work and if anyone bought a special wire for it can they please put up a link   so i can buy the same one to see if it will work thank you in advance
