Question, Where are the download files????

You only have the manual to download, but there is no files to download????

I just got my P5Mate, but can not update the FW???

Need the FW files?

the one you get already latest firmware inside
so you no need update now
when new firmware come out, we will update it on forum

I have followed your instructions, the p5mate will not connect to the ps5. When I plug in the p5mate as shown  in your video, there is no power going to the ps5 mate? If I connect it to my pc it shows the light on the p5 mate, my pc recognize the device, ps5 does not. I have the ps5 slim, could this have something to do with it?

Hey BSM,

So I figured it out.

If you have a PS5 Slim, you have to connect the P5Mate too 1 of the usb ports on the back of the PS5 Slim.

If you connect the P5Mate too 1 of the USB-C connecters on the front of the PS5 Slim it will not power on, do not know why.

You guys might want to put this in your manual or on here in the forums.

If I find more issue will post about it.

our manual show insert into USB port,  not USB-C typec port

I understand, but I figured since the my U5 worked like this with a adapter, the P5mate might as well.

But it works fine. Like I said if I find any other bugs will post it on here.

USB-C on the front of ps5 may be connected depending on the type of cable. With an inexpensive USB-C cable, the PS5MATE could not be connected, but with a USB 3.1 (10Gbps) cable, the PS5MATE was successfully connected.
