Any news for flashing purple lights with XIM devices?

I didn't receive my p5mate but I've read a lot of people having this issue.

Is there going to be any fix, update or whatever you are going to do?

Just tell us the truth because if I have to refund this device you should tell us how to do it.

the purple light appears only when I enter the xim manager setting from my smartphone, during the game. On the dashboard no. For the rest everything is ok, I use xim4

I don't play at 1000hz because I'm used to play at 125hz.

But I read some people having troubles at 125hz, that's what I'm worried.

Do you know if this issue can be fixed?

@iceagex: I pöay with 250Hz on the Apex and it works fine without purple lights. If I switch to 500 or 1000Hz on the Apex, I get the purple lights.
