The device used to update normally with the old software.
After the new update tool, it gets stuck at Purple Vibration Mode Activation.
This appears to be a software regression / bug.
Please provide the previous updater or a fix.

Hello, I followed all the steps exactly as you instructed (resetting the device, double-clicking the update/arrow button, connecting to the PS5 and PC, using a wired DualSense controller, and completing the activation process).  However, the purple light never appears. When I hold the arrow button, the device only enters dark blue Bluetooth mode, not purple wired mode.  I have tried multiple USB cables, fully reset the DualSense controller, powered off the PS5, and repeated the process several times, but the result is the same.  Please confirm whether:         •        My device/firmware supports Purple Light Wired Mode, or         •        There is a known issue or missing firmware update required to enable it.

if you get is p5mate pro 1000hz version, it has purple mode.
i not know which step you get problem, but confirm again :
1:  turn off PS5 console bluetooth
2:  if p5mate is green light,  just double click update button, it should change into purple light

so check our way if you can turn into purple light mode
