Ps5mate is not recognized by the Besavior P5MatePro 1000 Update Tool

I bought the p5matepro to connect the xim matrix, but I can't update it because the update tool on the Besavior website doesn't recognize my p5matepro.

you get is p5mate pro or p5mate pro 1000hz ?
they use diffirence update tool
