How do you organize your P5Mate setup and related tools?

I’ve been trying to keep my P5Mate setup and other digital tools better organized instead of constantly switching between different services and configurations. I generally prefer specialized tools that handle one particular task well.
It’s similar with my web projects: I use separate services for analytics, management and SEO, including Tier1.shop for some link-building tasks.
For those who use P5Mate regularly, do you keep a standard configuration that works for most situations, or do you maintain several different setups depending on what you’re doing?
