Everything is working normally with the device. It connects to the PC and PS5 without any issues, and Bluetooth mode (blue light) works fine. However, when I double-press the button to switch to Purple Mode, it does not work at all. The purple light never appears, no matter how many times I try. I have tried different USB data cables, different USB ports, fully powered off the PS5, and reset the device, but the issue remains. This indicates that the device itself is working properly and the problem is most likely a bug in the latest updater/software, not a hardware issue. |
