Factory reset and update tool issue

I can’t update my P5 Mate Pro 1000Hz in the update tools, also when I plug P5 Mate Pro 1000Hz into ps5 and plug everything correctly my dualsense edge controller only show Purple LED light and no inputs I click works. I also watched all YouTube videos and tutorials. I connect everything press the update button on p5 mate pro 1000hz and still nothing. I tried all ways but nothing works, I also tried plugging into my laptop to update but doesn’t show devices found in update tool. I also tried to factory reset the device but no flashing light for factory reset. I did everything and nothing works, what should I do? I tried on windows 10 and windows 11 laptop tried on 3 laptops and nothing works. Please help me with this issue.
