Beloader elite controller not working

So i recently just started playing my playstation 5 again after about a year off, and when I turned it on opened it up, Sony made me update the software on my beloader controller to be able to use it. So i did and now ive updated to the latest besavior beloader controller firmware but the controller will not pass even one button on the self check but i noticed that with it plugged into the playstation all of the buttons work except for R2 and L2 but my self check says none do ?
