I'm having issues with my Besavior P5Mate Pro 1000Hz adapter and would appreciate help troubleshooting them.
1. The adapter randomly disconnected during gameplayEverything was working fine while I was playing a game on my PS5 with my PS4 DualShock 4 controller connected through the P5Mate Pro. However, in the middle of the game, the adapter randomly disconnected and stopped working.
Since then, I've been unable to get everything working again as it did before.
2. Firmware updater not recognizing the adapter
  • The firmware updater displays "No compatible devices found."
  • I've tried updating the firmware on multiple different PCs.
  • I'm using Microsoft Edge.
  • The adapter's LED turns white when I hold the Upgrade button and connect it to my PC.
  • I've tried troubleshooting the adapter and its connection, but the updater still doesn't recognize it.

3. PS4 controller connects wirelessly but not through USB
  • I'm using a PS4 DualShock 4 controller with my PS5 through the P5Mate Pro.
  • The controller connects to the P5Mate Pro via Bluetooth, but it doesn't work when connected through USB.
  • When I connect the controller using the supplied cable, its orange light turns on briefly and then turns off.
  • When I try to use the controller on the PS5 through the adapter, moving the controller produces no response.
  • I'm using the cable that came with the P5Mate Pro.

I've already tried troubleshooting the adapter, but I haven't been able to resolve these issues.
Questions for support
  • Why would the P5Mate Pro suddenly disconnect in the middle of a game when everything had been working normally?
  • How can I get the firmware updater to recognize my P5Mate Pro 1000Hz?
  • Why does the PS4 controller connect through Bluetooth but not work when wired?
  • Could the sudden disconnection have caused a firmware or hardware issue?
  • What additional troubleshooting steps would you recommend?
