P5Mate DOA

Hi,

My P5Mate seems to have arrived dead.

It doesn't light up when plugged in with the supplied USB cables in any configuration but it does pass through the PS5 controller inputs via usb.

What is it doing?  Is it proper dead? or just malfunctioning in a way that can be fixed?

Same for me, but i noticed update mode was the only way mines lights up so it should be fine. If disconected even though everything is plugged in try restarting the system as it helps with disconnection issues.

The lights on the P5Mate are in their normal state with nothing glowing.
Lights up light blue only when in update mode.

for whatever reason they didnt make that light turn on when the unit is plugged in and powered up. So no light is normal.

I have a full troubleshooting guide coming out this week. You can keep an eye out for that which may help

My light also does not light up and my ReaSnow s1 does not work with it! keyboard and mouse don't work through it

En Asturias, donde paso temporadas con la familia, el clima a veces obliga a quedarse en casa. Estaba buscando algo en el móvil y me apareció un comentario sobre un sitio de juegos. Entré sin muchas ganas, pero pronto me enganché. La primera parte fue de derrotas, casi apago el ordenador, pero después un premio decente cambió la situación. Me quedé satisfecho y seguí un rato más. La verdad es que play jonny me acompañó bien durante esa tarde de lluvia interminable.
