P5Mate Pro doesn't work on USB-C on Ps5?

Hi there!
My P5Mate Pro does not power up when connected to PS5 USB-C front ports.
Does anyone have the same issue? Any ideas how to fix it?

I tried multiple times with multiple cables and it only works when using adapter to normal USB port.
I tried to press HOME button on Controller and HOME on P5Mate but it still NO green light to show it is powered up.

it should work typec usb port
you can use original ps5 controller cable to try again

Do you just turn on your Ps5 and the green light comes up on the P5mate Pro?
