Not working at all with Xim Matrix （Fixed)

I have PS5 updated to the latest.
Tried to connect the P5General using the instruction in the video and no joy at all.
It is not working.
Tried to connect it Edge browser using the link, Yes I can see the device there listed as "P5General" which means it is there but when using with Xim, it does not work.

On the other hand, I am currently connected my Xim Matrix to P5Mate so, all device are working and no issues there.

Please advice!

you need update xim matrix to latest firmware, i think is 30th Oct,
and set XIM MATRIX as PS4 mode

then insert p5gerneral into xim matrix correct USB socket (generally like PS4/XBOX controller port)
then should work correctly,

So basically the same as mohanned.anwer.
Everything is updated. The Xim Matrix with the beta update from october 30th. The P5 General with the latest firmware (via Edge). The Stick is plugged in the port 3 as shown in the video. The USB connection function is enabled as shown in the manual. The Xim Matrix is set to PS4 Mode.
But it just flashes white. No connection.
Please help.

and also take a picture show us p5g firmware version on pc

I have updated Xim Matrix firmware to 20251030 using the link below and worked properly

I did all that. But I found the problem. You need to connect the XIM via USB C to USB C to your PlayStation. I just had a USB C to USB A. And that was not enough. Now it works as intended. Sorry for the trouble.

My ps5 USB-C port is damaged. I connect my Xim Matrix directly to the front ps5 USB-A port.
