P5general FAQ

some user can't work P5general,  here is some fix way :

1:  XIM MATRIX,  Reasnow S1 and HITBOX must update to correctly firmware,  which can support P5general.

     XIM MATRIX correctly firmware link  (Firmware 20251030 (**BETA**))

    Reasnow S1 correctly firmware link  (Firmware V5.6.251)

   GP2040 HITBOX firmware link
  (GP2040-CE_0.7.12_Pico.uf2  and GP2040-CE_0.7.11_Pico.v0.7.11_p5general_release_ 251108.uf2 , both works )

2:  XIM, Reasnow and Hitbox need set to correctly mode.
     XIM set to PS4 mode
      Reasnow set to PS4 mode
     HITBOX set to P5general mode(check manual and video to know how to config)


3: P5generally need insert into the correctly USB port of XIM, REASNOW and Hitbox
    user can know correctly USB port from those official forum.  or can know from this video.
