Doesn't work

Bought psmate pro and it won't be recognized by ps5 or upgrade tool, tried dozen different wires but nothing is working

you get is p5mate pro or p5mate pro 1000hz ?
1: you need turn off PS5 system bluetooth
2:  after insert ps5, need press HOME button

The 1000hz version yeah tried that too but doesn't work it won't be recognized

Yes i did that....when i press the button on the device the light won't blink like in the tuts videos and even with ps5 controller there is no pass through connection and when im wired to pc in upgrade mode (white light) the upgrade tool d

you can take 2 video
1:   show ps5 console turn off bluetooth and p5mate pro 1000hz insert and not work
2:   update video on PC
so we can check what problem
