Cronus Zen doesn't work well?

You said that the p5 mate pro 1000hz works with cronus zen.

But some people on zen discord says it doesn't work properly with game packs because of vibrations function.

How do we make it works?

Do we use greens mode or purple mode?

I bought the p5 5mare pro 1000hz but now I'm scared
