wont update nor register on p5

I can’t update my P5 Mate Pro 1000Hz in the update tools, also when I plug P5 Mate Pro 1000Hz into ps5 and plug everything correctly my dualsense edge controller only show Purple LED light and no inputs I click works. I also watched all YouTube videos and tutorials. I connect everything press the update button on p5 mate pro 1000hz and still nothing. I tried all ways but nothing works, I also tried plugging into my laptop to update but doesn’t show devices found in update tool. I also tried to factory reset the device but no flashing light for factory reset. I did everything and nothing works, what should I do? I tried on windows 10 and windows 11 laptop tried on 3 laptops and nothing works. Please help me with this issue.The device is unusable, p5 mate pro 1000Hz when plugged into ps5 shows solid green LED and on controller shows Purple LED I also pressed ps button but nothing works. I tried double clicking update and show purple in P5 Mate Pro 1000hz and also unplugging and plugging into laptop update tool and still no devices found. I tried everything and I don’t know what to do. Just doesn’t work. I also plugged ps5>p5matepro1000hz>titantwodevice>dualsense edge controller and Titan two Screen shows AU (Authentication error) this tells me P5 Mate Pro 1000Hz is showing Solid Green LED but It’s not bypassing the Authentication for Titan Two to work. Still can’t update P5 Mate Pro 1000Hz Latest Firmware. I’m stuck and need help. I’ve been trying to resolve problems Im facing for a long time.
