I have done a lot of trial and error testing, end up the result is needed to replace a new Board A or @besavior manager can let me know how to reset Board A??
The reason behind this is because the L2 is constantly pressing a bit like 10%. The best way is to reset the Board A if possible, otherwise need to ask them replace a new board to you.
