bigbig won usb receiver not working anymore

I have been using BigBig Won Armor X and Armor X Pro since the release of the white P5Mate without any issue.

I just got the new P5Mate Pro and the wireless UsB adapters do not work anymore.

Why did the support change? I am running the latest release firmware available here.

If thise adapters are not supported anymore I might just return the P5Mate Pro and stick to the non pro version that has more features

we not have bigbig device
maybe you need set it into original ps4 mode

Try changing your Bigbig Won controller to xinput mode

But it works fine with the P5Mate in white

Do you guys have some sort of official support contact? I do not think that it is ok to have less supported devices with the newer version when the older one is not available anymore.
