Just got my P5General. Updated it to the latest firmware. Connecting it like in the video, but my Reasnow S1 or Xim Matrix do not properly connect to the PS5. If I switch back to my P5Mate, everything works fine.

Same here, I ordered one and it does not work with my XIM Matrix.
I connected as shown in the video

you need update xim matrix or reasnow S1 to latest firmware , which support p5general officialy.

check xim or reasnow official web to know correct firmware.

then need set xim or reasnow to PS4 mode,  and insert p5generally into correctly USB socket of
XIM or Reasnow
