About purple light mode explain

Some user can't enter purple light mode or can't work this mode, here we explaim process again.
User must do full same as manual showes :

1:  Must Turn Off  PS5 console bluetooth, sometimes it change into turn on mode after restart PS5 console, so need recheck and turn off again.
2:  when user plug p5mate into PS5,  it should green light,  then click Update button 2 times,  it should change into Purple light
3:  With purple light mode on PS5 console,  press home button, wait 3 second
4:   Use  update tool to active PS5 game vibration function(purple mode)

Hello,  I have tried all the possible methods exactly as explained, but the light still does not work at all. I followed the same steps shown in your video, step by step, and the result is the same.  At this point, I believe the issue is not on our side. It seems that the update is not working for all of us, not just me.  Since we all used your exact method from the video and faced the same problem, you should be able to identify the real cause of this issue.  Please investigate this update problem and provide a proper fix or explanation.  Thank you.

Everything is working normally with the device. It connects to the PC and PS5 without any issues, and Bluetooth mode (blue light) works fine.  However, when I double-press the button to switch to Purple Mode, it does not work at all. The purple light never appears, no matter how many times I try.  I have tried different USB data cables, different USB ports, fully powered off the PS5, and reset the device, but the issue remains.  This indicates that the device itself is working properly and the problem is most likely a bug in the latest updater/software, not a hardware issue.

1:  does your device is p5mate pro 1000hz version ?
2:  you can try to update first, and then try purple light mode
