Hello,
I have a PS5 Mate Pro 1000Hz and updated it to firmware 1323 as shown on the forum.
My connection is stable, but after playing for a while my BigBig Won 2 TMR controller stops responding, like it freezes. After a few hours of playing, my BigBig Won 2 TMR controller stops responding and seems frozen
The LED stays solid green, the 2.4 receiver looks stable, and PS5 Mate Pro seems to be working normally, but there is no input response.
When I turn the controller off and on again, it works normally.
I’m playing ARC Raiders, and this issue can be frustrating during matches.
Has anyone experienced this or knows a fix?
Thanks.

Hello,
The controller worked without freezing when I used it in Bluetooth mode. However, as shown in the picture, the Hz remained low this time. Is there another solution for this?
Also, the initial Bluetooth connection was a bit difficult. It didn’t connect immediately like in your video

Hello,
The controller worked without freezing when I used it in Bluetooth mode. However, as shown in ...In BIG controller receiver mode, you can try connecting an external power supply cable to the P5MATE to see if the power supply instability is the cause.

Hello,
As you suggested, I connected the extra power cable to the USB port on the back of the TV. After about 5 hours, the first disconnection happened, and it continued roughly every 2 hours. I’m attaching a picture for reference.
Thank you for your help.

looks the extra power cable improved.
you can use a short 5V3A cable and power adaptor.

we give you a free 5v3a cable already in package, just use it

I did as you suggested, but I’m still experiencing occasional disconnections even though I connected the power cable to an adapter.
